Gain better control! Use more precision! Kristina Logan, known as the “Dot Queen”, will carefully describe how she puts dots on beads. She will help you improve your own dot making skills by helping you develop hand-eye control, dot spacing, dot size, and overall flame control when applying dots.

Make and Bake classes are short introductions to the possibilities fused glass has to offer. Join us to create your own glass cabochon pendants, rings, earrings, and bracelets using our cut glass pieces and metal findings. You design them, we fire them in this two part intro class.

This class will introduce the basics of fusing and slumping while exploring the various forms of glass. Students will learn to design with glass using stringer, frit, confetti, and rod which will culminate in the creation of their own set of fused tiles, stacks project, slumped bowls and plate.

Create depth in glass. This workshop will focus on creating multi-dimensional fused glass art blocks. Students will build layers of images on glass by utilizing different forms of frit, stringer and thin sheets. The finished block will take on a three dimensional quality.

Come make BEADS with us! Students will learn the basics of bead making, participating in an art form with nearly 30,000 years of history. Using Carlisle torches and Bullseye compatible glass, students will learn how to create round beads, square beads, and dot beads as they build comfort and control on the torch.
